Investigative searches require a variety of resources specific to each individual case. We must determine what level of investigation is required. To establish an accurate estimate, we first request all details of the case, then draft up a timeline and budget to meet those needs. If you need a background check on a low-level employee you may only wish to research their criminal, driving and credit records. However, if you require extensive research on a high-level executive, you may need to dig deeper. We will be able to perform complete or partial background checks given your specific needs. For assignments such as surveillance, we bill an hourly rate. Once the estimate has been agreed, we then require a retainer to begin the operation. For Houston/Montgomery Addresses: All services include 3 attempts per paper

Standard Harris/Montgomery County Process Service ($85)

Rush Services ($95) - Initial attempt made within 12 hours of pickup

Same Day Services ($125) attempt made immediately upon receipt

 

For out-of-town clients, please submit payment in full at time papers are delivered to us. We will include a standard affidavit of service unless you also include any return paperwork required by your court.  Excess Mileage - Price of Process Service includes miles within limits of Harris County or Montgomery County. Mileage charged at 65c per mile for out of town service.
